I have always loved the crisp lines and bold images that can be created by piecing together shapes of cut or ripped vividly colored paper. Before forming my images I use acrylic paint to add color and texture to the paper to allow for dynamic, one of a kind materials with which to assemble my images. I also use acrylic paint pens to add some of the details or lines onto of the paper shapes.  Each mixed media piece is affixed to a wood backing for durability, and framed in a black floater frame ready to hang.  For additional information, please click on each image.
